An angel in Heaven and here on Earth

TOO BRIEF HERE ON EARTH, BUT HIS IMPACT WILL LAST FOREVER…

Joshua was taken from this earth too early in his young life.  On June 4th, 2008 Joshua passed away, due to complications from a drowning accident which occurred three days earlier.  His short presence here will not be forgotten and the wonderful impact he had in life will continue through his foundation. This journey is just beginning and will be never ending, through continued education, instruction and the development of new innovative water safety equipment.

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention states the number one cause of accidental death for children 1 to 4 years of age is DROWNING. Please help us reduce these numbers by spreading the word and creating more awareness about water safety.  Your suggestions, new ideas, support and guidance are all very much appreciated.

As you visit Joshua’s site, you will find lots of information about water safety and drowning prevention.  Please take the time to learn this important information so that you can protect your children and pass this on to others.  These programs were created to benefit children and parents. Our main objective is to prevent future drowning tragedies through early childhood education and the promotion of infant & toddler water safety training courses. Together we can all make a difference.

You can also learn more by visiting Josh's Water Safety Site and Float4Life.  There is numerous articles, videos and resources on infant swimming classes to help you.

Today's thank you goes to all of the volunteers who helped make our Night at the Prestige a success last month.   We raised over $5,200 to help spread the message of Water Safety Education.  A great time was had by all as High Heel the Band played some wonderful music.  Thanks again for everyone who came and shared that night with us.

Due to the generous partnerships of so many organizations, we have now created a separate Water Safety Partners Page. Please go here so that you can see all of the different groups that we are working with us on Water Safety Education.
